I've been taking Buprenorphine 8mg for 3 1/2 years now, all of a sudden every pharmacy in our area (that I know of) has switched the manufacturer they are order from, frustrating to me as I just seem to see a difference all though there shouldn't be. Does anyone know a pharmacy that still carries bup mg with the imprint 54 411? ## Same here. Every store is on backorder for the past 7 days. I'm from mid south Pa. ## Same here!!! I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah, and I've been on it for 8 years now. It started a month ago, when the pharmacies were on back order for 54 411, and now it's EVERY TYPE of generic Buprenorphine from every manufacturer. Last week, I went to fill my script, and people were fighting over ONE BROKEN TABLET!!! I wish pharmacies, manufacturers, an...

I took Contrave and lost 52 pounds in 10 months, which has put me back to my ideal body weight. The problem is that it has not been working after that 10 months. I don’t have any side effects, but have a ridiculous appetite now. Almost to the point of wanting to binge eat. Anybody else been on it a while and have it stop working? I’ve gained almost 10 pounds back in the last few months. I’m not sure whether to ask my doctor about stopping it, but I’m afraid my appetite will be even worse. Anybody? ## Why is Contrave not working? According to the official manufacturer’s website, there are a number of possible reasons why you’re not losing weight: You’re Not Getting Enough SleepYou’re Not Drinking Enough WaterYour Exercise Routine Is Ineffec...

I am using this to treat my lips. My Dr told me to apply to the perimeter of my lips and not directly on them. How is Efudex going to treat my lips if it is applied to the perimeter and not directly on my lips? Please help. I am supposed to start this treatment in three days and want to make sure I am applying the cream properly.

Updated in Efudex

How and when should I apply Efudex to my face? ## This is a drug used to treat certain types of cancer. How often and how much to apply, depends on exactly where on your face (lips, nose, chin, etc) and what stage your lesions are in. Only you and your doctor can determine this. ## I am totally horrified to read efudix is being applied to the lips! It turned my forehead green and crusty and none of us should use this without first checking if we are allergic to its contents. I was told to put it all over my forehead for pre-cancerous skin and the reaction was truly horrific. I went to pharmacist about it and he said to stop it immediately. I dont think medics realize how we suffer and that this chemotherapy cream can do more harm than good. I used it about 8 years ago and today still ha...

I spent a week in the hospital with Covid a month ago. I'm 71 years old with asthma and COPD. After being released from the hospital, I thought I would start feeling better. Unfortunately, I think I may have Long Covid, as I have brain fog, significant nausea, and no energy at all. I can't get an appointment to see my doctor for 2 weeks. Has anyone else had experience with Long Covid, or are these symptoms just normal for Covid? It's really hard to get any info here in Australia, as it's all so new. Thank you. ## I am 91 and experienced all of the symptoms you mentioned, plus a loss of 55 pounds due to loss of taste and smell and no appetite. Have gained back 20 pounds in the last nine months. Still a lot we don’t know about COVID in USA. ## I had covid 6 months ag...

I was told by my drugstore, Walgreens, that Pioglitazone has been discontinued. I wanted to find out if all drug companies have discontinued it or just one or two? ## You can look at the FDA drug shortage web page for that information. After you search by the name of the medication it will list the various manufacturers and you can expand each field to see if they have a shortage, if they’ve said why, or if it has been discontinued. It’s not as up to date as the database the pharmacists use: But I don’t know if the pharmacist one tells you if the companies have discontinued making the medication or not. I know the FDA drug shortage database does. ## It was withdrawn in France and Germany in 2011. I know the patent expires in July 2026. It seems it has not been discont...

I hate to be indelicate but I have noticed something strange since taking Eliquis. My urine and bowel movements smell different and I wondered if anyone else had noticed this. I would describe it as sort of a toasted oaty fragrance. I am not making this up or being weird. I am concerned and hope I am not along. ## Oh my goodness YES, it does have an odd smell. ## NIH.gov actually lists the following side effects associated with Eliquis (Apixaban): red, brown, or pink urine; red or black, tarry stools. However nothing in particular about its smell. Has anyone else experienced these odd colors in their urine/stool or think that this may be attributing to the different smell in some way? In either case I would suspect it's more than likely Eliquis that's causing the problem if you...

I'm a collage student. I started taking memo plus gold last week..time goes by, i felt a slight headache and now it became serious. I never take any drugs or multivitamins. Is it the effect of memo plus? Should i continue to take it? Thanks in advance 4 ur answer. ## Hello, Princess! How are you? This is just a nutritional supplement, but it's fairly potent, so it may cause side effects such as this in some people. However, it is very important to make sure that there is nothing else causing your headaches. Have you consulted your doctor? ## hello i have the same problem 1 week of taking memo plus gold i experience head ache. should i stop using it? ## I guess ung mga post regarding na walang side effect ang memo plus gold eh di totoo my husban Used it for 3 days and need to sto...

Hi, I've just had my 5th booster shot for COVID-19. I was told that I may get very few side effects. It's been 4 days since I had my booster and I've noticed that both of my feet were puffy the next day. My right foot looks worse and also has pitting when I press it. Also my asthma cough was a lot worse. It's the weekend here, so there are no doctors available. Any information would be appreciated. Has anyone else had ill effects after their booster shot? Thanks. ## Do you know which company manufactured the booster you received? This additional information will help me research it for you to check its side effects. The FDA lists them all as possibly causing administration site redness, headache, fatigue, and chills. Ref: COVID-19 Vaccine General Information Are you on a...

I was recently told that simvastatin depletes CoQ10, leading to the "weakness" side effect. Anyone heard this? ## I have to agree with that statement, as there are a number of discussions relating to Statin drugs (atorvastatin, cerivastatin, fluvastatin, lovastatin, simvastatin) depleting the body of coenzyme Q10. Other types of drugs like beta-blockers also deplete the body of this too, but one way to help counteract this is to supplement with CoQ 10. Personally, If I were short on this vital nutrient, I would supplement a minimum of 400-600mg a day while taking one of those drugs that inherently depletes it. That's just me, as I would prefer to be well stocked if I became aware that this was happening to me. I hope this helps! ## Thank you ## CoQ10 depletion is definitely ...

Has anyone taken Paxlovid for Covid? I was prescribed this medication and could only take 2 of the 5 day prescription due to the awful side effects. Number one was the medication made me feel worse than I felt before taking it. Number two.... It literally felt and tasted like someone was continuously spraying hairspray down my throat for hours until the dose wore off. For me, the side effects were much too harsh and bothersome and unfortunately, couldn't complete the 5 day prescription. Has anyone else had any experience taking this medication? ## I was prescribed Paxlovid for Covid in August. Within 3 hours, I felt like a new woman! Seriously, the cough lessened up, the fatigue lessened up and I could breathe again. The milder symptoms did persist for about a month or so though. Th...

I have been getting my alprazolam substituted with Sandoz 2 mg tabs which do zi[/nada/nothing and Aurobindo 1 mg ER tabs which are also useless. I've had a bad experience with Sandoz and oxazepam before. CVS says Greenstone is discontinued but my independent pharmacy says they are being produced but I have to pay $35 for the Rx because my Part D drug insurance "only reimburses them a few dollars". CVS initially promised me Teva (2mg) and Greenstone 1 mg ER. After getting Sandoz and Aurobindo, they say that their stock varies from day to day and whatever the supplier sends to them that day is what I get. How screwed up is that? ## That is the way it always has worked. You can't order specific generic brands from the pharmacy, and they can't promise you anything. Do yo...

I just moved to Houston and have suffered from severe anxiety for the past ten plus years and really need to find a psychiatrist or doctor that is willing to prescribe Xanax. I'm up ALL night fighting constant anxiety attacks and it's an impossible daily struggle to get through my work day without having to stop whatever I might be doing to fend off an attack. I can't afford to lose my job and I just don't know what else to do. I refuse to buy the stuff off the sheet because I can't afford to get in trouble..... Please, any help with a doctor in Houston that will prescribe Xanax would very gratefully appreciated. ## Due to the new regulations that went into effect at the beginning of the year, if you require it for long-term treatment, you will most likely need to se...

Question! Where can I find Chlor-Trimeton 12hr 12mg allergy pills? (near San Diego, CA) It seems that whenever a new allergy medicine comes on the market (Claritin, Zyrtec), CT disappears for a year or so. Available in Canada as Chlor-Tripolon but only for a short while as everyone in the US starts buying it on-line when CT disappears. This time, I haven't noticed any new product roll-out. Question 2- WHY does it disappear? I've been taking it regularly for over 50 years and only recently (last few years) has it been doing this disappearing act. ## I second Phils question. Chlor-Trimeton 12hr is very good for me. Why does it keep disappearing here in Michigan too! ## I just noticed Allegra became OTC(over the counter). Hydros say IP 109 and Naproxen says IP 190 ## Hi amanda, Thanks for clearing up any confusion between the two pills! From what I could gather, another differentiating factor is that Naproxen's tablet also has "500" imprinted on the other side of IP 190; whereas with Hydrocodone/Apap, IP 109 is the only imprint. Anyone come across these in the UK? Loghman's Diazepam 10mg, 20 in a tray. Made in Iran. ## Hi. Has anyone tried the Loghman diazepam 10mg? They are blue (same as English colour) same size and come in strips of 20. I've had them a couple of times and think they are pretty good. They are made in Tehran, Iran and they look professionally made, press, etc. I can't find them on wedinos so thought I'd put a post on here. I've got nothing but good feedback on them, and feel they are correctly dosed (if not stronger). Anybody else had these? ## They are on Wedinos and test for Diazepam, nothing else. I only asked today if anyone tried them. On another site I asked people's opinion, and two people said good, one said underdosed. I haven't tried them yet. At the momen...

Watson turned Mayne, yellow, scored tablets marked with 5 and Dan 562 on the other side have not sold their "recipe" for the original formulation. To those who have been taking it for years and don't understand why a pharmaceutical company that sells out holds out, why would a medication that works for so many be discontinued? I have been thru major life changes and major losses at the same time it was discontinued. Played guinea pig with other generics and they're not the same. Has ANYONE that took DAN by Mayne (formerly Watson) found an equivalent? I am taking Teva. Sometimes the tablets are thick. Sometimes thin. Odd I know. The thicker ones cause panic attacks before they begin to work. Aren't they suppose to prevent them? Along with a plethora of other ailments....

I got zopiclone 7.5mg. They are packaged in strips stating zop 7.5mg. The tabs are round, blue, scored on one side, with no markings. They do work, but i'm a bit concerned as to whether or not they are safe. Can anyone enlighten me on this one? ## If they are Hab pharmaceutical ones from India they are the weakest of any zopiclone and believe me ive tried well over 15 brands! I have a feeling they are not legitimate!!!! ## I brought zopiclone 7,5mg the blue round from India, are these safe and can I cut them down ## Hab zopiclone are fine... Not rugby shaped at all.
