i took it for almost 3 months, yes i lost the weight BUT being a healthy mid twenties female never having ANY HEART PROBLEMS i ended up in the hospital. my resting heart rate was at 120. normal would be between 70-80. i went for a few days feeling palpitations, finally my heart was having constant palpitations i went into the emergency room. the first visit they said nothing about my increased heart rate. i followed up 2 days later after a call from the er physician. i had a follow up with my doctor whom now found my resting 120 . i would than get thrown into a severe anxiety attack where my heart rate would reach over 240 (which is dangerous) when ur resting heart rate is at 120 it is as if you are constantly running or excerasizing. this was happening to me 24 hours a day, even as i would try to sleep. than my doctor prescribed a beta blocker, this reduces your heart rate to a normal safe steady beat. well mine dropped to about 35-40, when my boyfriend had to carry me upstairs call 911 and i was rushed to stonybrook hospital. within the past week i have lost days from work , i can barely do anything on account i have to monitor my heart, i have had entire;ly too many test's , IVS, heart monitors, and pills than any 24 yr old girl should be dealing with. entail did they work ? absolutely i lost over 30lbs, but if i knew i would be dealing with heart problems i would have never taken them. i looked up the side effects from the ingredients bethel so conveniently provide and found 2 ingredients in the fast 30 that effected me. ginger root and guarana. guarana is 2x's stronger than caffeine and is absorbed into the body slower. both cause heart palpitations, increased heart rate, blood pressure (luckily mine was decent) ginger root when taken too much has the same effect on the heart. the pill is not FDA approved because they cannot support each of the natural ingredients. im only posting this as info for any person who searches this to know so they don't end up like me 24 thin but with severe heart problems

I started taking bethel 2-7-11 its now 2-15 I've lost 10lbs on the first week.. They do control your appetite..and I try to follow the diet plan they give you.. It does make you use the bathroom a lot with senna pills.. But I think that's how you loose the weight..you do have extreme dry mouth bad breath, some out breathe moments.. But I didn't know it was because I needed to take the banana... I don't know about other people but I get head aches and have trouble sleeping... Does this happen to anyone else?so far I like the results..

Yeah I think that's why they tell you to drink de caffinated tea or coffee.. I didn't know there was guarana.. No wonder makes me at times very active.. Also 3 months is a long time to be on diet pills.. I belive if you want to loose some extra pounds then fine.. months worth of it is all you need.. Other than that you should be under the care of a doctor..

I started taking the pills at the end of Jan.2011 and after 6 days I lost 9 pds. the bad thing is that my bowels where very bloody... and I had terrible headaches.. my sugar level dropped, dizziness, nausea, weakness.. I was feeling horrible... I went to see a doctor I thought something was wrong with me. After reading many of the comments posted here... Im assuming it's because Im not following the diet..? only thing is I didnt get a diet plan I just got the pills.. That I know by the comments are: eat a banana every day, and drink plenty of water... is there anything else Im missing..?? I stopped the pills to give my body time to heal and feel better it's been 5 days since my last pill.. no more headaches, no weakness, palpitations, sweeting, dry mouth.. unfortunately my bowels are still watery and bloody but not like before when I had the cramping and heavy bleeding... I want to start taking the pills again the friend that recommended them lost 50lbs. in 3 months.. Im feeling a bit more confident but can anyone tell me how it is Im supposed to be taking them..?? and can I drink a multi-vitamin with them...??

im not sure about the multivitamin... the bleeding can also be from hemroides... thast the only thing i can think of to give the bleeding.. i had the same problems headaches and irregular heartbeat etc.... i stopped taking them for while and started again today... but the only problem is now the pill doesnt seem to work.. i get hungry and dont go to the bathroom as often... im gonna continue to see what happens.. my sister n- law started taking them but she has been vomitting.. does anyone else experience this?? please let me know.. i told her to stop taking them...to be on the safe side.

i started the pills today 02/22/11 there not taking my hunger away i still feel very hungry all the time i had taken them back in 2009 and lost 40 pounds but , at that time i had the dry mouth and it controled my hunger but as od today i havent felt anything and i'm just goingto continue to see what happens because i had a baby 7 months ago and want to get rid of the extra pounds .... so if anyone can help me with this if this is the second time taking tese pills after taking a break from them and there seeing result because i havent felt anything different and now i heard that they came up with a stronger version of this bethel advance is that because these bethel pill no longer are working im hoping not .... well if anyone feel the same way email me back thanks.....

I just star using Senna 1300 and Bethel's S30 it made me feel sick with heart bite faster and super cold also my mouth feel dry I do believe works but I think if a person is a smoker should try drink more than 8 bottle of water a day that also helps loose weight and consult a Doctor before taking any type of medication to loose weight.

Well, i started taking the pills on 3/7- it is 3/10 and there is no diffrence in my weight still stuck on the 160... ive not taking the senna because im afraid of having to go to the bathroom really bad at work!!!

I am not following the diet plan, i am doing atkins... with atkins i'v lost a total of 10 #.. maybe that's why i am not losing quick with bethel- because the easy weight came off already.....

I'm hoping to lose 10 # by 4/1..... I will keep you posted!

I AM 20 YEARS OLD AND WAS TIRED OF BEING OVERWEIGHT, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!! NOTHING SEEMED TO WORK.. SO I DECIDED TO TRY BETHEL....... FIRST DAY I TOOK IT I HAD SERIOUS HEART ISSUES, MANY SKIPPED BEATS AND A VERY HIGH INCREASE IN HEART RATE. I CALLED BETHEL RIGHT AWAY AND THEY TOLD ME TO EAT ATLEAST 3 BANANAS. I ATE ONE AND FELT FINE... THROUGH OUT THE DAY I WAS VERY WEAK TIRED AND NAUCTIOUS... I ENDED UP SLEEEPING THE ENTIRE DAY FOLLOWED BY HAVING TROUBLE SLEEPING AT NIGHT.. NEXT MORNING I WAS 3 LBS LIGHTER... YES, IT MIGHT WORK.. BUT IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK.. I AM TO YOUNG TO DIE... IF EATING RIGHT AND WORKING OUT IS THE SAFEST WAY, AT THIS POINT I AM WILLING TO BE STRONG AND NOT BE A COWARD, I WILL FACE MY STRUGGLE HEAD ON THE RIGHT WAY....... PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL, EVERYONES BODIES ARE DIFF BUT THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING THIS PRODUCT.

I stoppd taking the Bethel 30's as I felt something was wrong. I have a full bottle. I couldn't sleep and I felt a weird tinggling feeling across my arms.

My co-worker just told me the Bethe' 30's was discontinued and they have a new pill called Bethel ADVANCED. I don't know all these pills offer weight loss but there are so many side effects.

My co-worker's only complaint is insomnia so I suggested to take the pill every other day and see what happens. One day with the pill and the next day "will power"

I have taken bethel s 30 and I had absolutely no side effects, I did loose a lot of weight. I stop taking them because I became pregnant and I didn't gain a lot of weight with my pregnancy. My baby is now 8 months old and I'm taking bethel advance, this is my last bottle because I'm 15 pounds away from my goal. I still don't have any side effects but all the comments got me thinking!! Good luck to everyone.

hi, i live in the nyc area, and ive recently just went to the office and asked them for bs30 but they gave me quick thin saying it was the same. i opened it and took one but since ive had slower weightloss from anything other than bs30 i wanted to know if quick thin was going to work. so i researched it and heard quick thin is another version of the trim, which works but slower and doesnt have bad side effects. i was wondering if your crazy enough to trade your bethel advance with me just incase they wont exchange my order. i dont want u to waste those perfectly fine pills or waste our money, so i feel like it would beneficial .so would u? i need to know soon bc summer is almost here...

I still have 8 bottles of pills left. I lost over 45 lbs and love this product. I have 8 bottles left so if anyone wants them let me know. Nothing has ever worked so fast and I always had to work out like an animal to loose a pound. I worked out eat healthy and I was melting the pounds away. Dry mouth was the only issue. There is nothing else like it and never will be. I have the original bottles of bethels s30. I don't need all of them and people are looking for them allover online. Let me know before they are gone.

I have 8 bottles of the Bethels S30 orignal pills left.
I lost over 45lbs on the pills. I don't need all 8 bottles and they don't make them anymore.
These were the best pills I ever took to lose weight.
I have some if you want. They will go fast because I have friends that want them now too and they can't find them anywhere. Nothing will be as good as the original I saw the pounds melting off. Crazy how fast it works.
Let me know. Who wants them.

Hi, saw ur message that you have 8 bottles of the original bethel pills. I started new bethel pills on may 15 but they have not held my appetite, I have lost weight bc I have been following the diet the dr office gives. I have been reading many post, all the post I have read says the original bethel S30 were the best, many ppl lost weight in matter of days n it supressed their hunger.
