Hi, a friend of mine took bethel 30 w senna and lost 16 pounds in one month. My mom ordered the pills and took it for a week and stopped because she was experiencing side effects. So I have her remaining three weeks of pills left. I started on Monday and was amazed at my decreased appetite and ability not to eat after 7. I took two senna pills at bedtime but didnt have to use the bathroom like I thought i would the next day. Tuesday night i took the senna pills again and then the following day i used the bathroom. So far it doesnt have me running to the bathroom like I thought it would. I actually wish it did because I want the waste to come out. Anyway today is Friday and Im wondering if I want to continue the pills. I noticed the pills make me tired and want to sleep. Im in bed very early which is good because usually im a late bird. The first two nights i slept great. The next two nights i tossed and turned. I've also experienced on and off again slight headaches. This is annoying especially at night when you're trying to sleep. Maybe the headaches comes from the toxins leaving your body. I've experienced the dry mouth which my friend told me was expected. I've been reading the past posts and agree with the nausea feeling, i actually wondered if i was going to throwup at night and early in the morning. I also agree with muscle cramps, weakness and inability to focus at times. Im following the diet plan but i'm wondering if maybe I'm not eating enough. I eat three small meals but sometimes i feel like not eating because I feel like it will make me sick and I rather just sleep. i have been taking my banana everyday. i didnt weigh myself today but I've lost about 5 pounds so far. By the way my friend stopped taking the pills for a month and regained her weight back. I guess as a result of bad eating habits. I hope to stay on the pills for at least another week and i hope the side effects go away. I can deal with the dry mouth because i love drinking water but the rest of the side effects are really annoying. On a good note, it definetly makes you see food in a different way and at times you feel motivated. Even if i stop taking the pills I hope to continue some of the eatting patterns. I will post my results if i last another week, lol.

Stay away from these pills...I tried them to only lose summer pounds I gained and I lost them but these pills kept me up all night long! could not sleep what so ever!! and couldn't eat anything at all not healthy. They gave me anxiety and made my heart feel funny. I don't think they are labeling everything in this bottle not worth it get a gym membership rather than risk health!!!

I stopped taking the pills. I researched senna and it says that senna should not be taken for more than seven days. Senna has many side effects of which i was experiencing and upon continuous use could lead to long-term liver problems. Also research shows that laxative diets are not healthy and can interfere with your digestive system causing dependency and other problems . The weight you're losing is water which is why u have to keep drinking so much water. So try at your own risk but these pills are definetly not healthly. And the company is slick. They print absolutely no side effects on the Bethel S30 bottle. But fail to mention all of the side effects of the senna tablets. I do not trust them. Good luck!

I have been taking these pills for the last eleven days and I been feeling so sick I even considered going to the hospital then I tried looking at the bottle and noticed there isn't any information about the pills so I did some research and googled s30 green pills and saw all of these common side effects that I am experiencing dry mouth liver pain and anixiety this is just not healthy I don't recommend them for anybody and I have taken diet pills before and this is not normal . They do stop you from eating. I believe if these are the visual side effects imagine what we are not seeing. STAY AWAY and God bless everyone

I was on HCG and lost about 30lbs in 40 days. I have to be off 40 before I can go back on, so I'm doing Bethel30 during that time. So far, I haven't lost a pound, BUT I didn't see the diet plan...duh...now I am following the plan and trying to be consistent with exercise and drinking plenty of water, senna and the banana daily. As far as all the weight just being water weight, that's not true, my friend who recommended them to me went from a size 26 to a size 18...water weight...I don't think so. I sleep fine at night, dry mouth and regular movements (a blessing because I suffer with constipation) I will keep you posted. If this works, I may or may not go back to the HCG...we'll see!

I am very skeptical but at size 14 and have done everything to lose weight I will do this but with moderation. I am 41 years old, 5’2, weight 162.

I started Saturday, 11/13. I am following a low fat, no sugar, high protein diet. I can’t do the diet Bethel provided. Easting a banana is crucial. I take one Bethel S30 in the morning along with one Senna1300 pill.

I can do the working out and eating right but then out of nowhere my appetite takes over so I get back to square one.

Side Effects: Slight headache, unable to sleep at night and slight anxiety, increase in heart beat. No desire to eat Sugar which is a plus.

Modification: Day 3 I did not take the Bethel S30 pill but took one Senna1300 pill. I have no desire to eat but had breakfast and a banana. Drinking 60 ounces of water.

Weight Loss: I lost 3 pounds over the weekend.

I have lost 40 libs from size 18 t0 14. I tried everything an nothing worked. My sister tried it and unfortunately the herbs (dandelion) in these pills can cause a gallstone attack IF YOU HAVE exisiting gallstones. She ended up getting surgery after 2 weeks of taking pills and had her gallbladder removed. I was skeptikal but then my brother started taking the pills and he already had gallstones and after 2 weeks had an attack and had surgery today, The pills DO NOT cause gallstones but if you already have them and never knew once you take these pills you will end up in er and have gallbladder removed, This did not happen to me because I had my gallbladder removed 3 yrs ago. I need to go to my doctor and get my LIVER ENZYMES checked and if eleveated it is the pills and eventually can cause organ damage, I am still taking pills because I feel ok and my doc said should be fine but I will let you know once I get a physical and the tests come back,

These pills were a total waste of money. I could not stick to the diet, but tried as closely as I could, and continued to gain/lose/gain the same f*&%$@ 2 pounds! They were not for me, but the senna works pretty good.

Hi I am an pharmacology, I start taking the Bethel S30 back in Nov 1, 2010, I notice that my mouth was too but too dry, since I am a Pharmacology I study and did some research of the product, test the powder on the pill and this pill has and active or derivate ingredient like sibutramine.

I personally DO NOT recommend this product – If sibutramine is the active ingredients, I suggest you to contact the company Bethel Nutritional Consulting Inc 212-568-5330 and ask them to return your money. SIBUTRAMINE On October 8, 2010, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked Abbott Laboratories to voluntarily withdraw from the U.S. market, its weight loss drug Meridia (sibutramine) because of clinical trial data indicating an increased risk of cardiovascular adverse events, including heart attack and stroke, in the studied population.

I also research Trim 30, Fast 30 and Bethel Slender which is the same product of Bethel S30 “To lose weight†with different natural plant and other, I suggest you to return them to Bethel Nutritional Consulting Inc in NY as well this also have an actives ingredient that it could be a risk for your life.

Omg I love bethel and have recommended it to everyone I know. I lost 12lbs in 2 wks and lost a total of 20 in less than a month. I take the laxatives every night and also follow the meal plan 100%. looks sort of impossible at first but the pills really do suppress your hunger. I have been very moody lately and cannot sleep. Maybe it's associated with the pills who knows
