American Equivalent Drug Numbers: Z-Pak and Pseudoephedrine Filed in Pseudoephedrine
I was prescribed a Z-Pak (Azithromycin, 250 mg) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (60 mg) on a cruise and now my insurance company wants the American equivalent drug numbers for them. I think you are talking about the NDC number. It is a seven digit number - and the easiest is to do a search on internet of the medication and dosage - ie: Zithromycin 250 mgm and you should get all sorts of results. ...
