How long should i take zertin and what would be the side effect of the medicine From what I was able to gather Zertine is not a known drug in the US, it's from Thailand. I did however locate the active ingredient, it's Cetirizine. Cetirizine is used in the treatment of allergies, hay fever, angioedema, and urticaria.
