I have little round white pills with Z C 02 sepersted by a cross . i think my dentist perscribed them but I do not wnt to take too much pain medicine. The only difference I see is that they are manufactured and/or repackaged by separate companies. Other than that, there may or may not be different inactive ingredients in the pills.
