i need to know what these pills are i have; my friend was supposed to get me suboxone because i was going threw opiate withdrawl last night and he gave me two small white, round pills with a 54 and under the 54 is a 411 and the other side is just plane with no scores or anything. what is this? pleas...

Small, Off-white, Round Pill; 2 One Side, M On Other
2 on one side, M on other, approximately 1/8 (slightly larger) in diameter; found in nephew's old suboxone bottle. He does not recognize the pills (there are 3 of them).
