round white Barr 555/489 is Trazadone 50mg. Trazadone is an antidepressant commonly used as a last resort when the standard SSRI meds like Zoloft are not providing good results. I have taken it myself, but I find the drowsiness side effect (which is more like the sleep 20 hours a day side effect) was too strong for me.
