What is the shelf life of these pills? 12, 18, 24 Months? I do understand like all other products, they do lose their potency. What is the best remidy for Hydroco/APAP5-500MG induced constipation? I know the first step is to stop taking this pain medicine, but what can I do to induce a bowel movement? You could try natural remedies such as fiber (Fibercon or power forumulas), eating prunes and lots of veggies, etc. Of course, your body should start to get back to normal once the meds are discontinued.
