My health insurance recently changed my Effexor ER to Tier 3--making it more than 2 times the monthly cost. Has anyone changed to the generic venlafaxine that is not extended release successfully? I prefer to not use non-US pharmacies. I can not find venlafaxine extended release as an generic option...

i have taken effexof for years and i have never seen any like the one i have now. it is pale yellow round tablet smooth on one side scord on the other with M above scored line and V4 under scored line. has any one seen effexor look like this?

Effexor Xr
My doctor changed me from Effexor XR capsules 37.5 mg. to 37.5 mg Venlafaxine XR (white tablet). I am now having a lot of vertigo/dizziness. Has anyone else experienced this with the switch to generic Effexor XR?
