How to take Filed in Metoprolol
I been taking TOPAL XL extended relese 200mg once a day.How do I take Metoprolol which is not extended release 200mg? Do i cut each pill in half or should I used 100mg twice a day?At one time I was taking TOPAL XL 100mg twice a day until the drug Co would not fill the order for the 100 mg anymore. Now there sending me 200mg of Metoprolol. Take it the same, it may not be clearly marked as such, but it is still a time released version. ...
