Hypertension Control
I am 49 years old living in India. I am hypertensive for the past 10 years. For the first 6 years I was on Aten 50 mg and Angizaar H for BP control. For the past 4 years I take Tazloc H and Nebicar 5 mg in the morning. Is this combination OK. I exercise regularly (70-80 kms brisk walking every week) and on regulation diet (breakfast of Oats and Fruits, lunch of green veggies and dinner of carbohydrate & veggies).
