just woundered if these drugs work for both for stomach cramps and runny poo? Spasmonil is listed as containing Dicylomine and Dimethicone, it is used to treat conditions such as intestinal hypermotility and IBS. It can calme the muscle spasms in the bowel.
That said, it will not treat diarrhea.
