I have a small light brown pill with "9", a line and "3" under it. There are no markings on the back. I went to see a doctor because i suspected i could have A.A.D.D. So the doc didnt give me ritalin or adderal, he instead gave me some Tan/light brown gel pill with no markings at all and when I cut inside, i found some oil and dark brown paste. I dont know what these are for, but i looked all over the web, ive had no luck. i just want to know what im taking is legit and not some placebo... ## You didn't ask him what they were? Red brown small round no marking no coating ## HI, Lisa! With no markings, it's a bit difficult to determine what the tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. The only exception for a very tiny pill might be for one that was from a package of oral contraceptives, since they are usually packaged in blister cards and aren't always required to have imprints on each tablet. How small is it? Otherwise, if it's not that small, then it's most likely an over the counter medication of some type.

I found this small reddish brownish oval pill shaped and on one side is engraved 54 on it, I've been googling and asking around about it but I just can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet! Brown square pill 25 mg on one side r on the other side. ## Is it possible that your pill is actually light pink as opposed to brown, with a marking of "RL" on one side, instead of just "R"? If so, from what I'm finding, these are most likely anabolic steroid tablets or Cialis from China. An M or W on one side, nothing on the other side. ## A dark maroon/brown pill med in size, on one side it has either a W or M, both look capital size(block?). Has nothing on the other side, it's smooth. ## There is nothing that matches this description with just an M on it listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases. With nothing else to the imprint, it makes me suspect that this is an over the counter item. Need to know what pill this is. It's round with 2 scores like to break in fourths, the top left has a capitol B and lower right has the number 23 its dark brown or purple in color and the back is empty no markings. ## I found one of these as well and can't seem to find what it is anywhere online! ## I have this too, from my vet for my cat.
