Senokot S Filed in SenokotMy husband has Parkinson's, is on Effexor, Clonazepam and sinemett. He takes 2 Senekot S/S(Orange) in the morning and at bedtime. He has been waking up with severe cramping at 4:00 in the morning until I give him a suppository around 6:30. He drinks plenty of fluids. small, round, tannish, yellow pill with the letter s imprinted in blackI found a small, round, light yellow to tannish-yellow pill with no markings except the letter S imprinted on one side of the pill in black. The other side is blank. Since there is no dosage stamped on either side, I think it could be an over the counter pill but I'm not sure. I believe you are correct about it being an over the counter tablet.
