small blue pill one side says R and under that it has the numbers 225 what is it NOPE, NEITHER! Not a narcotic at all, this is called Methyldopa 500mgs, a generic for Aldomet, it is used to lower blood pressure.

What Roxicontin Looks Like
round white one side has a line through it and the other side has 54/543 This is NOT Roxicontin, this is a generic for Percocet. It contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs. Roxicontin would be just the Oxy by itself.
