this is methadone ( they call these particlular one Coufins) It is coufin shaped an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is either prescribed for heroin/oxycontin and all opiod withdrawal symptons. This particular caufin methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management.
