i nomally take (2) oxycod/apap =percocet up to 6 a day my question is can i take oxycodone if i have ran out of my percocet? If you are running out early, then you really need to consult with your doctor, your dosage may need to be adjusted.

Percocet/roxcicodone Dosage?
can you tell me the equivalent or difference in percocet 10/325 to roxicodone 10/325? There is no such thing as a Roxicodone 10/325, Roxicodone is just a brand name for an instant release of Oxycodone, but it does not have Acetaminophen in it like the Percocet does.
