I have been taking 2 PAN 40 tablets per day, one before b.fast and one before dinner. Can it lead to Piles? I have recently started to suffer from piles I have been taking 1 pan 40 daily for the last 2 years to reduce acidity caused by acidity reflux. Is it safe to continue.
