44 on top 218 on bottom - same side - other side of pill is blank This is an 81mg low-dose Aspirin manufactured by LNK International. They make a lot of generic and store brands, but not prescription drugs.

orange pill with 44 218 on the front and nothing on the other side...i googled 44 218 came up as aspirin?
