I need to know the name of an oblong ligh yellow pill that has OM an one side and 650 on the other. Pill Image This is Ultracet, it is a pain reliever that is a combo of drugs, it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol. This is non-narcotic.
