small round pill, white blank on one side. 2nd side has a line running across it with the word mylan on top and the numbers 457 on bottom Pill Image This is Lorazepam 1mgs, a generic for Ativan. This is a Benzodiazepine, it calms anxiety and nervousness. It is similar to Xanax or Valium.
