I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

Trying to figure out what pill this is. White, oval/capsule shaped pill, scored down the middle with WE 45 imprint. small white round tablet with MP 45 on it and nothing on the back. What is this please?It was given to my elderly mum with a .5mg Risperidone tablet (I know what that is for).
