i take 100mg of methadone a day and 2mg of clonopin will this kill me They say it will.When you go to sleep you might not wake up.I do 100 mg methadone and 2 2mg clonazepam.I have been doing this for 6 years and it has'nt killed me.I think you can do them as long as you don't abuse them. What are the side effects of coming off methadone. I have been on it since October of 1999. Started at 75 mgs now on 100 mgs for past 3-4 years I have heard lots of horror stories about coming off methadone. Most doctors say 2mgs a week but that would take a long time.
