What Is This Brown Round Pill?
I found a brown round pill in my wife's purse, it is a darker brown almost a little purple with three white numbers? on it. I think they say 215 or Z15, not sure, hard to read

little round brownish orange pill says p1 on one side. This is a generic or store brand of Advil, Ibuprofen 200mgs.
