I was prescribed this med while in Mexico to alleve constipation of one week. BlueCross BlueShield Insurance says that "these services and supplies are not covered by the Retail Pharmacy Program". Is this an over-the-counter drug? or why were they able to deny coverage? Libertrim contains the active ingredient Trimebutine, which is used to treat various gastro-intestinal problems. My guess as to why they won't cover it would be because it is not an FDA approved medication and most U.S. based ...

Libertrim Sdp And Side Affects
I'm in Mexico with my 6 yr old and we had to go to the ER due to belly pains. She had major large intestine blockage and the start of strep throat. They gave her libertrim sdp. Ive had to do two enemas that seemed to work, but she has not had a bowel movement on her own despite being on this drug two days.
