I would like all information about Lantus, like if a Patient is on Lantus and a sliding scale at the same time what meds. would he get Reg or NPH Need to know slinding scale range just for an example.

Lantus Misulin
prescribed for diabetes new insulin that requires only one shot per day (at night) Can I take my 10cc shot more than once a day. Blood glucose is averaging 300 on a fast and 1500mg of Metformin a day is not working probably due to high Liver enzymes. I have more than a month to go to see my Endroc...

What is Lantis Insulin (in 3ml Cartridges) overall Shelf Life if stored in a refrigerator at 36-46 F?? There should be expiration dates on the package or provided on the labeling from the pharmacy, please follow their guidelines. How long have you had it stored?
