Isosorb Mono 30mgI have been taking isorb mono 30mg for approx 8 days. The biggest side effect is headaches. My question is: What is the result supposed to be to the patient for taking this rx? Based on my research, Isosorbide mononitrate is used in the treatment of heart failure, angina pectoris prophylaxis (chest pain), and esophageal spasm. Well, Isosorbide Mononitrate is a generic, so it is manufactured by several different companies and they don't all have to use the same inactive ingredients.
