oblong white what mg is it It is 7.5mg of hydrocodone and 650mg of acetaminophen (or tylenol). It is a fairly strong narcotic pain medication that can become addictive. It can cause nausea, vomiting (take with food), constipation, euphoria, sweating, marked drowsiness.

white, oblong tablet, m359 is on the pill. is this a 7.5 or 5 mg vicodan 7.5mgs Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen.
