Hydrocodon Acetaminophen Side Effects Filed in AcetaminophenAfter surgery today, I have taken 3 generic 5-325 mg, 1 every 4 hours as presribed. I did find that a side effect may be itchiness, which I have to an extreme, as the night went on & addit'l doses. But I also can't sleep, even though a side effect is drowsiness!
