How Long Does Oxymorphone Stay In Your System

I'm 5'8 and I weigh 250lbs. Oxymorphone is my drug of choice. I did 40mg on Tuesday and stopped, passed a urine screen on the following Monday, but I am concerned about the lab. They test on site and then send the sample to the lab. I am worried that oxymorphone will show up when it goes to the lab. Feedback, please! Thank you!

So depending on the type of drug test you are taking, odds are that you should be fine unless it's a hair test. I'd be curious to know how your results turned up, based on the above information. So since you're taking a urine test, odds are that you should be fine for Friday's test. I really don't have any doubts what-so-ever that you'll pass it, being that you only took 1 pill. Knowing this, you can simply divide the dose you took in half every 7-9 hours (after you took the injection/oral tablet) and so forth until the math becomes small decimals. This can give you an idea of how much of your dose is still in your system at any given time. For a urine test, it will be out of your body wiithin approximately 48 to 72 hours. I am prescribed 5mg of Methadone twice a day, and 5mg of oxycodone twice a day for break through pain. I have been taking my medication EVERY DAY like it's prescribed. I just received a letter from my Dr. stating that he is pulling me off of my meds because my oxycodone levels were too low and my methadone did not show up AT ALL. It also stated that I had oxymorphone in my system which I have NEVER taken. I didn't even know what it was I had to look it up. Can someone please explain to me why a medicine that I take EVERY DAY is NOT showing up in my system, and why is one that I'VE NEVER TAKEN showing up. I have to see my p.o. thursday. My last dose was monday night when I took diazepam. I weigh 140lbs and am very active. How long will it take to get out of urine? ## Valium can stay for 30 days or more, depending on metabolism. The bars, or Xanax, can take up to 7-8 days. Klonopin is similar, usually out in 4, but can take up to 7-8 days. This depends if u r an everyday user, how much u use, and metabolism. Opiates are a different situation, hell swims taken heroin and passed a urine test the next morning. Also too oxymorphone one day and was clean the next. This isn't a rule, most opiates besides methadone take 3-5 days to clear your system. But again, its weird. Methadone can stay in you for a while, it builds in your fat cells and stays.
