How Long Before I Can Pass A Drug Test For Oxycodone

Hi, I started tge suboxone program. However, I injured myself at work and still have some oxycodone 30mg. I have taken anywhere from 3 to 4 a day for 3 or 4 days. My last dose was Saturday evening around 9pm. I have a urine test on Wednesday morning at about 9:30 a.m. will the Roxy's show up in my urine test or will I pass? If I fail then I get booted from the program. Of course, I do not want this to happen. Thank you for any and all help. ## Oxy could be detectable in a urine drug test for several days, say 2-5 days. Do u think it will be outta my system by then? ## Hi Tot, From what I could gather, Oxycodone can be detected in your urine for up to 3-4 days after your last dose. Keep in mind that because everyone is different, this is only intended to be a rough estimate and should be treated as such. In my opinion though, I think you should be able to pass the urine test if you're drinking plenty of water each day (since Oxycodone is excreted through the urine). Made a mistake and took a 20 mg oxycodone pill and have a blood test in 20 days - will it show up? Also is the purpose of your kidneys is to filter your blood? ## No it will not. The blood is the first thing the drug leaves. But even if it was a urinalysis you would still pass. Thes class of drugs only typically stay in the system from 3-5 days depending how the frequency of usage. ## Just curious how you mistakenly took a Oxycodone 20? ## This is an old discussion. I dont take my oxycontin 10mg cause they make me crazy. explained it to the dr. And they want to change my prescription. I asked for percocet instead and can't get them for my pain. So Mon I took one right before I went to the dr. to get my refills. I must have passed the test cause they gave me the prescription to have refilled. I have taken a total of (2) 5MG Oxycodone in the past 90 days. I recently had to get a hair follicle test done (with expanded opiates). One Oxycodone was taken about 90 days before, and the other exactly 7 days before my hair test. I am looking to see if anyone has any experience with passing / failing the hair test at these low dosages? I am not sure what the cutoff levels are, but I think it 100 PG/MG. I haven't slept in 3 days I am so nervous. Thanks for any replies. ## I had a similar issue last year and passed. However, I think the cutoff was 200 pg/mg. when taking a drug test for roxi if its not in your system and you need it to be can you put some of the medication in your urine to pass the test, even if they test your levels ## The levels would be off, since they are based on the prescribed dosage, dosing frequency, plus your weight, activity levels and etc. Additionally, the metabolites would not be in the urine, which is something they also look for, because they only appear when the medication has been metabolized through your body. Hi. I took 160mg of oxycodone on Friday night and Saturday morning. I have a Silva test on Thursday morning. I take 20 mg once a week and before Friday i didn't take anything in 10 days. I drank 3 gallons of water from Monday to Wednesday and im 5"11 and 210lbs. My po sent out the Saliva test and its been 5 days and i didn't hear anything yet. I hope im ok. I understand that oxycotin is the brand name of time released oxycodone but need to know if anyone has actually taken a urine test after taking oxycotin but are being prescribed the 30 mg blues. I got tested but had suboxone, subutex, ops, and 30s in my system, I had been going to that doc for years and had no clue he started testing. It was the type that gave immediate results and when he went over the results I was still in such shock that I can't remember the breakdown but it did have a +/- for suboxone and I'm worried that there was one for oxycotin. I came up positive for Oxycodone on a hair test today. I went into addiction treatment for it a month ago. My doctor is sympathetic and wrote me a small script that he watched me flush so I would have some proof of being prescribed Oxycodone. Now, I know prior to a month ago my levels have to be ridiculous. He said he would lie for me if they called him. My question is will that one small script be enough to show proof of prescription?
