I am taking "GEMER 1" Tablets, as I am diaognised as "TYPE 2 Diabetes Patient", but its been now almost 10 Months & I feel very lazy at times during the day or night & my both legs pains. I take one tablet in the morning before Breakfast & one tablet in the night. Hi, I had sugar levels 250(fasting) and 302(pp) one month back. I started taking one tablet of Germer 1 in morning I tested my levels yesterday and are 81 fasting and 95 PP(I tested sugar level without taking medicine that day).
