Sir, A week back i had suffered from very high fever (temp.104 degrees fhnt).The doc prescribed me Aceclofenac paracetamol tabs(1and 1/2 per day) for 5 days.My fever got cured, but today after aweek or so i have noticed black stool defecation.Please explain.
