oblong, oval white wth 93-490 on one side? I was told this is a pain pill, Is this a pain pill? Darvocet--a combination of propoxyphene and acetamenophen(Tylenol). Propoxyphene is a synthetic narcotic. It is a controlled substance and ADDICTIVE!! Don't mess with it.
