detailed about clean butrole I believe you are referring to Clenbuterol, it used as a decongestant and bronchodilator, by those with breathing problems. It is not, however, approved for use as a weight loss medication. Since it acts similar to a stimulant, weight loss can be a side effect, however, the safety of using it for this type of thing has not been studied.
