Citicoline Zynapse

I am suffering from neck pain and almost can't move head on the left side, since I started Citicoline Sodium. I am slim 58kg, 174cm tall. Dosage is 300mg/day. A pill is 100mg. I guess is high dosage? I didn't know pain is coming from Citicoline, until read this. Is not go away with anything ! Started exactly after I started this pills . Please help !

Where can I find this medication Zynapse? It is for my dad who had a stroke. Philippines have it but he is here with me in Carson, Ca USA. ## Hello, Marie! How are you? I have had a HEAD INJURY about 3 weeks ago. They gave me five head stitches, I got a CT Scan that told me I have a Minor Skull fracture at the left side of my forehead and a forehead blot clot as well. I was given medication thru IV for the next 9 days that I was admitted in the hospital. Upon discharge, I was instructed to take the capsule version of Zynapse. I've been taking it for around one week now and I've noticed I have an impaired vacuum hearing and then just 1 or 1 days ago I've notice my sense of SMELL is slowing going away. Are these two side-effects of the Zynapse drug? I am going to take it for around 3 weeks more and I need to know. Thank you.
