taking cefalexinum during pregnancy I am pregnant 14 weeks, they found mycoplasma and ureaplasma and they want me to drink antibiotics: cefalexinum for 7 days to cure it. Is that safe and is there any alternative ways how to cure urealasmas & mycoplasmas?

Solmux Carbociestine/cefalexin
am taking a solmux carbociestine for my cough. I have also a tonsilitis and i am taking an anti biotic, cefalexin at the same time. I have a presence yeast cells found in my stool. What is the side effect of taking solmux? -just asking
