i am pregnant and im taking butal apap 325 caff. my doctor says its ok. can i take tylenol along with it? Do NOT take Tylenol or any other brand of acetamenaphin with any other drug containing it. Is it okay to take Butal Caf Apap Cod Cap along with Levaquin and 4 mg.of Warafin ? Has your doctor advised you to take them together? Is it possible to overdose on this drug in a way that causes death? What are the symptoms? Hello, From what I can gather, this combination can potentially be fatal, but you would have to ingest a very significant amount. A serious overdose of butalbital and acetaminophen may result in toxicity. Toxicity due to caffeine is less likely, due to the fairly small amounts in this formulation. Although this medication is used a pain reliever for headaches (containing Butalbital, Acetaminophen, and Caffeine) I don't think it has anti-inflammatory properties.
