Blue Pill 2089 V

Pill V 2089
This pill is scored on the back. It's also got specs that are like a darker blue than the pill. Any information would be very helpful ! This has been posted about several times, too. I can't find any information on it, can you tell me where it was found? Was it in the US or somewhere else?

2089 V Pill
It is oblong and bright bright blue. It is supposed to be a xanax, but I can not find any pictures of it. It is the brightest blue.
