That said, too much of anything is never good for you, but as long as you are not going crazy taking a ton of them, you should be fine. how long does it take to see results from the Alcachofa anpolletas ? ## To achieve results from anything it really depends on how realistic your goals are. What type of results are you expecting from this vitamin, mineral and antioxidant supplement? Alcachofa anpolletas (artichoke) is just an extract supplement from what I can tell. The capsules for this diet contain common ingredients that can be found in 90% of multivitamins (and just about all fruits and veggies); excluding the Apple Cider vinegar, and Eucalyptus Oil depending on the supplement you purchased. My point is that you really don't need this supplement if you're eating a good amount of fruits and vegetables, since most of this supplement's ingredients are derived from fruits and vegetables (or just artichoke).

I been taking these pills for about one week and I'm having the opposite effects that what is describled. I get really tired, and I feel more hungry?? Does anyone know why?? The pills are green capsules is this usally the color they come in?? Hello I have a question in regards Alcachofavida (artichoke liquid solution) that contains apple vinegar, fennel fluid, L-cCarnitine, L-Lisine).I want to know if this product is healthy for the body and wich will be the side effects. Do not let your Dr. if U are 55+ refuse. I was on it for 4yrs. to helpme with severe back pain. Not realizing it drove me into a delerium.
