I had found a pill on the ground and I was wondering what it is. It is white with a arrow on one side and nothing else on the other It may have an arrow on both sides actually but I am not sure. round white pill with ashape of a triangle with a bottom on it like a very basic lokking christmas tree it is indented ito th pill and it is on both sides but they do not point the same way on each side like if you flip it over the top on otherside is to the left no letters or numbers please someone...
