small blue pill marked with 4853 and a V, is Oxycontin. I was just perscribed a bottle of 60 and unless Oxybutynin is oxycontin also, you are wrong. 4853V is 5mgs of Oxybutynin, a generic for Ditropan, used to help control urinary frequency and incontinence.
