How do Hydroc7.5 compare with 30 MG Morphine SUL in strength& and action? Actually these are considered to be almost the same, so they are normally converted on a 1 to 1 dosage, so 7.5mgs of Hydro would be equal to 7.5mgs of Morphine, so with the 30mgs, you are taking almost 3 times as much.
