I would like to know how to buy and receive hydrocodone or loratab in the USA without a script. These medications contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone and since the Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever, it is illegal to obtain or use it in the US, without a valid doctors prescription.

I have used hydrocodone for more than 15 yrs, due to lupus and fibromyalgia. I want to get off it and was wondering: if I go into detox, will they then put me on drug replacement therapy?
