i have 160 pills i found in a seedy looking bottle they are small, yellow round blank on one side and scored on the back with a 100 over on the top half of score mark i think they may be oral steroids because of where i found them

My grandmother was given these pills and they are different color than the prescribed Levothyroxine Sodium I was wondering what pill this could be since it is definitely not Levothyroxine Sodium
