1	Peanut Says: Report Abuse Sunday, 8/30/2009 9:02:06 PM I was wondering if I take more that my prescribed amount of my xanax can it cause spotting in my vision. My normal dose is up 3 .05mg and I took 5. Bad day. I am tired so I didn't know if that had anything to do with it.l
