Clonazepam(Klonopin) is a highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant and anxiolytic, which does help with anxiety. Stomach pain is not listed as a common side effect of Klonopin.

No offense to the helper above but using key terms highly potent and defining terms like a school term paper.
To be real with you because I live in the same boat as you is to speak to a couple of people because you will get conflicting information. What I mean is that just because you have stomach problems, doesn't mean Tylenol is going to mess up your stomach if you use it as directed. This is straight from at least two doctors in my opinion. You need to seek a GI specialist with regards to your stomach to find out what those problems are. Because this is the big unknown in your story. Then a mental health clinic. Explain what is going on GI wise and what you think you are experiencing based upon X, expressing your concerns about not wanting to upset your stomach anymore than it already is and I almost guarantee you will walk out of there with a SSRI medication and not a PAM drug. But remember, its your body, you are footing the bill, you need something that is not a secondary found treatment drug like I was prescribed once clonidine for anxiety. What a laugher was, just be proactive and don't be intimidating. Ask about alternatives to the medications instead of pills like transdermal patches, liquid capsles and such. And if the doctor has the balls to question why you know so much, state that your an informed consumer and I'd rather not waste my money on being prescribed something I already researched and only heard negative things about.
I have severe stomach problems and I take xanax. As directed, no problems. Clonazepam did not work, diazepam, all the pams didn't, only xanax. I bought all the t-shirts and the benefits outweighted the risks
