3	Dan Waite Says: Report Abuse Wednesday, 9/3/2008 3:51:35 PM Its Codeine Phosphate 30mg and is NOT TENORETIC. I'm in the UK and my fathers prescribed them also I'm an ex heroin addict so know quite a lot about opiates :)
