1st tell your doctor, hes the boss and if the script says 2 twice aday thats what it means it did'nt say take as needed for pain. Then sit down with her with a piece a paper and put 2+2= 4/day x's 14= 56 or 60 + 60=120/month i got confused somewhere but I know 4/day is 120 ha,ha. Either they dont want you to take that many or shes doing that on her own and like I said shes not the boss, my doctor writes my prescriptions not his nurse unless hes not in.

oozie is so right. Your Doc is in charge not the nurse. She is allowed to do refills and he may not know she is doing this. I have on ocassion made an appt just for my refills that I get in writing. I tried the calling route and my doc's nurse will hold up my refill for an extra day or 2. Well, not any more because she is no longer his nurse. If you have to do this over the phone ask the receptionist to put the message on the Md's desk OR write a note to your doc and take it in and ask that it be put on his desk. If the nurse intercepts it and doesn't give it directly to the doc she/he should be reported to the Board of Nursing.

You should always take the dose thats reconmended b/c prescription drugs are strong and can harm u if not taken correctly..so please always take the reconmended dose..Plus you only have 60 pills and it must last 2 weeks. So u don't have enuff to over take!..which can lead to an addiction so always take the dose reconmended please!! But then again she is not the MD so get in contact with ur MD and go over ur problem..and another thing always ask for another opinion from another MD..Thanks and ur be fine trust me!!
